Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
The service
Whagentize is a layer on top of WhatsApp. It connects a WhatsApp Business number, through Meta's WhatsApp API, to AI agents and to the organization's systems.
Use of the website whagentize.com and of the service is subject to these terms. Opening an account, connecting a number, or sending the contact form is acceptance of these terms.
The operator is Whagentize, company number 027405505, Hamagshimim Street 3, Moshav Hibat Zion 3888500, Israel. Contact: info@whagentize.com, phone +972-54-240-1327.
Who the service is for
The service is for organizations. The person who opens an account states that they are allowed to bind the organization to these terms.
The service is not directed at children, and it is not for personal use of a private WhatsApp number.
Account and WhatsApp Business number
A dedicated phone number is required to start. Whagentize opens a Meta account for the organization so the number can run as a WhatsApp Business number, opens an account in the system, and connects the number to that account.
The organization is responsible for the number, for access to the account, and for choosing which workflows run on it. The organization can ask Whagentize to guide the setup of the agents, or to set them up.
The organization's duties toward the people who message it
The organization is the one that contacts its customers and its employees, and it decides which messages are sent and which workflows run.
The organization agrees to:
- Send first-contact messages only to people it is allowed to contact. Updates, discounts, and offers go only to people who agreed to receive them, where the law or WhatsApp's rules require agreement
- Follow the WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's commerce policies
- Not use the service for spam, deception, or unlawful content
- Make sure its customers know they are talking with the business, including when an AI agent drafts the reply
Whagentize may suspend a number or a workflow that is used against these rules or against Meta's rules.
Permitted use
The service may be used to run the organization's workflows, for example customer replies, updates to existing customers, field records, extracting details from receipts and photos, and transcribing voice notes.
The service may not be used to:
- Send bulk messages to people who did not ask for them
- Collect personal information beyond what the workflow needs
- Try to bypass WhatsApp's limits, including the 24-hour window for ordinary messages
- Upload information the organization is not allowed to process
AI output
The AI agents draft replies and extract information according to the organization's settings. The output can be incomplete or wrong. The organization reviews output before it is used for a significant decision, a charge, or a message to a customer where an error would not be reasonable.
Whagentize does not promise that every reply will be accurate or complete.
Meta and WhatsApp
WhatsApp and Meta are a third party. Use of the business number is also subject to their terms and policies. Meta may limit, suspend, or charge a number or an account under its own rules. Whagentize does not control those decisions.
Charges Meta bills for conversations or for message templates apply under the arrangement agreed with the organization when the number is connected.
Fees
The scope of the service and the fees are agreed separately with the organization. These terms apply alongside that agreement. If they conflict on fees or on scope of work, the separate agreement controls on that point.
Intellectual property
The website, the system, the marks, and Whagentize's texts belong to the operator. The organization keeps its rights in its own content, its messages, and the material it uploads.
The organization may use workflow output produced for it in the ordinary course of its work.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the other party's business information that it receives through the service, and uses it only to operate the service or the agreed workflow. This duty does not cover information that is public, or that must be disclosed by law.
Suspension and ending the service
The organization can ask to disconnect the number and close the account at info@whagentize.com.
Whagentize may suspend access if the use puts the service at risk, breaks these terms, or breaks Meta's rules. Where it is possible, we send notice first.
Liability
The service is provided to support the organization's workflows. To the extent the law allows a limit of this kind, Whagentize is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or the result of a message the organization approved for sending.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
How to ask for deletion is explained on that page, in the data deletion section.
Changes
Whagentize may update these terms. The updated text will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new text. A material change to a live service will also be sent to the organization's contact.
Law and courts
The law of the State of Israel applies to these terms. The courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have jurisdiction, subject to a consumer's right to apply to the court the law assigns.
