Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Our commitment
Whagentize works to let people with disabilities reach the information on whagentize.com and the business's services on an equal, respectful, and independent basis, as far as this can be done.
This statement covers the public website whagentize.com, in Hebrew and in English.
The standard
We aim to conform to Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1, Level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines.
New work on the site is also checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA where those criteria are stricter and do not conflict with SI 5568.
What is already in place
- Page and heading structure in Hebrew and English, with the matching text direction
- A skip link to the main content
- Forms with labels on the fields
- Alternative text on content images
- Keyboard access to navigation, including the contact form
- Support for the system preference to reduce motion
Known gaps
As of this update, an external accessibility audit of every page has not been completed. There may be gaps that are not listed yet, especially in components that are still being added.
If a gap is found, we will list it here together with another way to get the same information, until it is fixed.
Another way to get the information
The text of the site pages, a description of the service, and help with getting in touch are available without using the form on the site.
Email info@whagentize.com or call +972-54-240-1327, and name the page and the adjustment you need. We reply with the information in an accessible format, or complete the request through another channel, within 14 business days.
Report an accessibility problem
- Accessibility coordinator: Yaron Shaool
- Email: info@whagentize.com
- Phone: +972-54-240-1327
In the message, it helps to include:
- The page address
- A short description of what did not work
- The browser and any assistive tool, such as a screen reader
We handle accessibility requests within 14 business days. If a fix will take longer, we say what the alternative is in the meantime.
Technical compatibility
The site is intended for current browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, in their current versions. Screen-reader support is checked against the common pairings in those browsers.
