Who we are
Whagentize runs a system that connects WhatsApp Business, through Meta's WhatsApp API, to an organization's workflows and AI agents.

What this policy covers
This policy covers:
- The website whagentize.com, including the contact form
- The Whagentize service, which connects a customer's WhatsApp Business number to AI agents and to that organization's systems
When a person messages a business that uses Whagentize, that business decides which workflows run and what is done with the information for its own operation. Whagentize processes the information to provide the service to that business.
Information we collect
From the website contact form
- Name
- Work email
- WhatsApp phone number
- Company name
- The message
The form is sent to info@whagentize.com so we can reply.
From the WhatsApp service
When a WhatsApp Business number is connected to Whagentize, the system receives from Meta what it needs to run the workflows the organization configured:
- The sender's phone number, and a display name if Meta sent one
- Message content: text, and the media the workflow needs, such as photos, documents, and voice notes
- The message time and delivery status
- Technical identifiers of the WhatsApp Business account and of the message
Whagentize does not download the phone's contact list.
From the organization account
- Contact details of the people at the organization who open and operate the account
- The connected business number, and the workflows and AI agents the organization chose
- Connections to systems the organization asked to connect, such as folders, spreadsheets, or internal systems
Technical information
An IP address, browser type, and the time of a request may be kept briefly to protect the contact form from abuse. The site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To reply to website inquiries
- To receive WhatsApp messages, run the AI agent the organization configured, and send the reply or the resulting action back
- To pass the result into the organization's systems, such as a job record, a captured receipt, or a customer inquiry
- To keep the conversation history the organization's team needs in order to continue handling the thread
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and fix faults
Message content is used for the workflow the organization turned on. Whagentize does not sell personal information, and does not use message content to advertise to third parties.
AI processing
The AI agents read the relevant message content in order to carry out the action the organization configured, for example answering a customer, transcribing a voice note, or extracting details from a receipt. Content is sent to the AI provider only for that action.
Who we share information with
- Meta (WhatsApp). Messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp API. Meta processes them under its own policies.
- The customer organization. Workflow results, conversation history, and files the workflow stores go to the organization that owns the number, and to the systems it connected.
- Operations providers. Servers, file storage, email, and AI providers that run the service for Whagentize, and only as needed for that.
- A competent authority. When the law requires it.
Where information is stored
The service is hosted on infrastructure Whagentize selects. An AI provider or an infrastructure provider may process information outside Israel, only in order to perform the service. When that happens, Whagentize takes reasonable measures so the processing stays limited to the purpose for which the information was provided.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and the business relationship that comes from it.
- Messages and workflow results are kept while the organization's account is active, so the organization can continue handling the conversation.
- After the account is closed, or after a deletion request is approved, we delete the information or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Technical information used to protect the form is kept only briefly.
Data deletion
You can ask Whagentize to delete the personal information it holds.
Email info@whagentize.com with the subject "Data deletion request", and include:
- Your name
- The email address or phone number you used
- Whether you used the website form, or sent a WhatsApp message to a business that uses Whagentize
- What you want deleted
If you filled in the contact form, we delete the inquiry details we stored.
If you sent a WhatsApp message to a business that uses Whagentize, we delete the conversation history and the files we hold that are tied to your number. That business may keep a copy in its own systems. We pass the request on to the business when that is needed. Deletion on our side does not delete copies Meta keeps under WhatsApp's own policies.
We reply within 30 days. If we need one more identifying detail so we do not delete the wrong person's information, we ask for it before deleting.
Other rights
Subject to the law, you can also ask to access your information, correct it, or limit a particular use. Write to info@whagentize.com. If the request is about a conversation with a specific business, that business may be the one that has to decide, and we will help pass the request along.
Security
Access to information is limited to people who need it to operate the service. Access tokens for outside providers are stored encrypted. No storage method is perfectly secure, and we work to reduce the risk.
Children
The service is for organizations and their customers. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we publish the updated text on this page and change the date at the top.
